1. Terms of Sale
Orders are confirmed once payment is received. Once your order has been placed and details confirmed, a payment link will be sent to your email address.
Delivery times:
Delivery date will be confirmed once order details are received. As each candle is handmade and delivered personally to ensure product arrives safely, please allow additional time for orders of 10 candles or more.
We will always try our best to meet your delivery expectations, and do ask that we have as much notice as possible to ensure we can make your expectations.

All our candles are handmade using 100% natural soy wax and beeswax therefore items may vary slightly in colour, scent, or finish.
Soy wax is a natural product that naturally crystallises over time.
2. Consumer Rights
Customers may cancel orders within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.
Returns must be unused and in original packaging.

3. Product Safety & CLP Compliance
All candles comply with the Classification, Labelling and Packaging (CLP) Regulation.
Safety labels are provided on each product, including allergen information and hazard warnings.
All our candle batches undergo safety testing to ensure designs are safe when used as intended under supervision at all times. See further usage instructions below.
Usage instructions:
- Remove any decorations from the candles before lighting.
- Never leave a burning candle unattended.
- Keep well away from draughty areas and open windows.
- Keep away from children and pets.
- Place on a heat-resistant, even surface.

Customer data is used only for order processing and communication.
